By auditing "running" systems, I see the same pattern everywhere: tools that don't talk to each other, automations stacked up in a hurry, unreadable reports, leaky tracking. And now, a layer of "AI" placed on top of this chaos — which amplifies the problem instead of solving it.

Most infobusinesses are falling into the trap: AI hooked up to dirty data doesn't help you. It makes mistakes faster, with more confidence. Clean, governed, connected data — that's what makes AI reliable.

My job: connect Marketing × CRM × Automation × Data into a coherent ecosystem — and make this data usable, by your team and your AI agents. So your business can scale without everything breaking with every launch.

I don't do your marketing strategy for you. I build and operate the technical infrastructure it stands on. The backbone, not the Swiss Army knife.

Two modes of intervention:

🔧 BUILD — Structure (or restructure) to reach the next level. I audit, architect, and deploy: funnels, CRMs, pipelines, tracking, UTMs, naming, processes, documentation. Defined scope, 3 to 12 weeks.

🔁 RUN — The system is running but becoming heavy and fragile. I take charge: technical management of launches, tracking, automations, team coordination. Fractional format, 1 to 3 days/week.
