I held a cross-functional role between accounting and management control within a public organization characterized by seasonal activity. I was quickly entrusted with key responsibilities, directly related to the reliability of financial data and the construction of management tools.

I implemented management accounting that allowed for tracking by cost and activity center. This breakdown served as the basis for analyzing budget variances and managing financial performance. I was also involved in managing purchase requisitions and investments, in coordination with management and operational departments.
