My name is Lucas, I'm 27 years old and I work as an independent director and videographer in Brussels. After studying at a film school in France, I decided to go freelance in Belgium. I had the opportunity to produce several videos for the youth group of the EPP (European People's Party) during a two-day event. I recently had the opportunity to direct the music video "On connaît" for the highly anticipated return of the iconic Belgian rap group La Smala, from their new album Nouveau jour. This project was a true artistic and technical challenge, which I managed entirely independently, from the initial concept with the group to the final post-production.

I handled every stage: creative concept, preparation, shooting, editing, and color grading, with the aim of delivering a strong visual identity that stayed true to the song's message and the group's energy. This music video marks an important milestone for me: an ambitious project, executed alone, and one I'm very proud of.

One of my first freelance experiences was with YesYes, a rapidly growing French company specializing in the refurbishment of smartphones and computers. A key player in the circular economy, YesYes is a benchmark for responsible and sustainable tech.

For them, I produced a series of videos highlighting the company's various aspects: customer experience, workshop operations, environmental commitment, and founder testimonials... I was able to develop a sensitive and dynamic visual style through corporate communication.
