For 5 years, I had the privilege of managing the CSR policy within the Société de Livraison des Ouvrages Olympiques (SOLIDEO), the central player in the construction of the infrastructure for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This exceptionally large-scale project, marked by tight deadlines, high media attention, and high environmental and social expectations, was a true catalyst for my expertise.I thus developed a unique understanding of the challenges related to major projects, transforming constraints into opportunities for innovation and positive impact.

I was able to structure and deploy an innovative CSR approach within a limited-life organization, proving that CSR is compatible with operational constraints, being a major asset for the institution's functioning and image.

I was responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of the CSR policy, involving: governance, environmental aspects, social aspects, communication, risk prevention, strengthening local anchoring, employee well-being, etc.
