I am a licensed Organizational Psychologist registered with the Order of Psychologists of Tuscany, with a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and extensive experience in public healthcare and digital mental health environments.

I have supervised and trained over 300 professionals within structured online systems, managing quality standards, professional alignment and client pathway optimization. This enables me to operate at organizational level, not only individual level.

My focus is structural improvement: reducing burnout risk, improving internal cohesion, strengthening leadership decision-making and aligning performance with long-term sustainability.
