About Luca

I'm a strategy and operations consultant with around ten years at EY and Deloitte, where I designed operating models and ran transformation programmes for companies such as Ferrari, Pirelli, Sky, Enel and Stellantis. I now apply that same discipline to SMBs and scaling businesses as a fractional COO and independent consultant.
What sets my work apart is the range. I take a business from strategy through operating model design to hands-on execution, rather than stopping at the recommendation. — AI and automation: practical automations and AI-enabled workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n, voice AI) embedded in live operations, not demos. My background here goes back to a machine-learning decision engine I helped operationalise for Ferrari's dealer network, well before the current AI wave.

— Strategy and financials: business planning, P&L logic, value creation and prioritisation — the analytical foundation that keeps execution pointed at the right outcomes.
