Luca Knaak

In my role as Executive Assistant, I support management in a wide range of demanding tasks. A particular focus is on technical projects and software development, where I actively contribute to optimizing digital processes. Furthermore, I am responsible for organizational procedures and handle financial accounting tasks. This position requires an extremely high degree of personal responsibility, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly familiarize myself with complex technical issues.

As a freelance tutor, my focus was on the targeted teaching of mathematical fundamentals. My main task was to simplify complex and abstract concepts so that they could be quickly and logically grasped – a skill that is extremely beneficial to me today when advising web design clients. Through patient support, high empathy, and individual coaching, I was not only able to secure learning goals but also perfect my competence in target-group-oriented and clear communication.

During my time in sales at Karls Erdbeerhof, the focus was on direct, service-oriented customer care. I had full cash register responsibility, including error-free daily reconciliation. This job required an extremely high level of stress resilience, personal responsibility, and an absolutely structured approach to work, especially during peak times. Through constant customer contact, I learned to always act professionally, friendly, and solution-oriented – absolute prerequisites for my current work as a self-employed service provider.
