DESCRIPTION:

Snowball.gg is a platform that supports players in their progress on their favorite competitive video games.

With Snowball.gg, amateur esports players can, in a few minutes and for free, access a whole range of tools to guide them in their progress. The player is supported through the various key stages of learning:

- Taking a step back: technical and psychological evaluation

- Setting up personalized goals

- Monitoring progress thanks to game APIs

- Connecting with the coaches best suited to their needs

MY EXPERIENCE:

My experience as CEO and head of UX/UI of Snowball.gg, constantly leads me to analyze and rethink the user experience of the platform with a view to continuous improvement. It is also a personal challenge and an incredible human adventure, which pushes me to surpass myself every day to deliver the best possible service to our users.

OpenClassrooms is an online training platform that allows learners to validate RNCP certified diplomas from home.

As a mentor, I support around ten learners in their web developer training.

The support is provided in a format of 1 hour of mentoring per week and per learner.

My role is to help them overcome the difficulties they encounter during their journey, to push them to give the best of themselves and to do everything to maintain their motivation so that they do not give up along the way.

1Kubator is a Startup incubator, which supports the latter in a 10-month program, during which several workshops are set up.

I intervene for each startup promo (every 3 months) as part of 2 workshops:

- A 2-hour workshop on the theme of UI/UX design

- A 2-hour workshop on the theme of creating a website with Wordpress, then 1 hour of Wordpress coaching with each Startup
