I am a researcher and insights professional with over a decade of experience studying how people and organisations navigate change — across labour markets, workforce transformation, environmental transition, digital disruption, and organisational development.

I hold a PhD in social science and have worked across academic, policy, and applied research contexts in Italy, the UK, and the Czech Republic. I now work independently, offering research and strategic insights to firms, consultancies, and institutional partners.

The choices people and organisations make are shaped by economic conditions, cultural norms, and institutional structures. Understanding those forces is what separates research that merely describes from research that genuinely explains.
