3. 💡 IDEATION: Brainstorming solutions to issues through design (workshops, etc.) and/or tech (feasibility study). Identification of solutions, and experiments to validate them (user tests or small iteration, or MVP).

4. 🖌️ DESIGN: First the structure (userflows, flowcharts), then the interactions (prototyping), and finally the visual (pixel-perfect interface following the Design System and Branding). Prototypes become high-fidelity, are tested, and iterated upon.

5. 📏 FOLLOW-UP: Writing specs and documentation, monitoring development, and ensuring the initially set business objective and KPI are met.
