In an era of evolving digital usage, a rich user experience is no longer just necessary, it has become indispensable. The value of a digital or phygital experience today relates to user engagement. This is why, in order to optimize the relevance of the digital solutions I create, I have been able to build, adjust, and refine my design approach by considering the degrees of immersion and interaction of digital solutions, placing the user at the center of all issues. The rise of design thinking goes hand in hand with that of User Experience Design (UX Design) and Human-Centered Design in general. All these approaches are integrated into the specific context of the client, which I naturally take into account.

Far from being generic, my vision of UX takes into account the sector, internal digital maturity, the challenges, and the strategy defined by my clients. The place of services and experience supplants the product-oriented economy. Clients and consumers want personalized services and offers. The convergence of business, IT, and user perspectives is essential for designing relevant digital solutions.
