As a Gender and Social Inclusion Expert at KPMG, I work on various assignments within the firm that incorporate these crucial aspects. My role consists of:

1. Analyzing and evaluating policies and practices related to gender and social inclusion;

2. Proposing recommendations to improve equity and inclusion within organizations;

3. Supporting clients in implementing inclusive and sustainable strategies.

This experience allows me to contribute to the promotion of gender equality and social inclusion in the professional world, by helping companies adopt fairer and more equitable practices.

Since January 2020, I have had the honor of supporting TotalEnergies as an international disability expert, particularly in Africa, in the deployment of its disability policy. My role is to promote and strengthen the inclusion of people with disabilities within the group's various subsidiaries worldwide.

TotalEnergies, a signatory to the Charter "Companies and Disability" of the International Labour Organization (ILO) since 2018, is actively involved in several initiatives to open its doors to talent with disabilities, not only in France but also in all its international locations.

My expertise has enabled me to:

1. Develop and implement inclusion strategies: I have developed specific action plans for each subsidiary, taking into account local contexts and current legislation.

2. Train and raise awareness among teams: I have led training and awareness sessions for employees to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.

3. Evaluate and improve existing practices: I have conducted audits and evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement in TotalEnergies' inclusion policies.

Through these actions, TotalEnergies has strengthened its commitment to the inclusion of people with disabilities and become a model of diversity and inclusion on an international scale. My role as an international disability expert has allowed me to contribute significantly to this mission, bringing a global perspective and fostering the exchange of best practices between the group's various subsidiaries.

As an expert in Duty of Vigilance and Responsible Procurement at AXA Group Operations, I contributed to the redesign of the group's supplier vigilance plan, in compliance with the French law on the duty of vigilance. My main missions included:

1. Analysis of the consideration of the requirements of the Duty of Vigilance law;

2. Proposal of recommendations to improve the supplier vigilance plan;

3. Contribution to the drafting of the Universal Registration Document concerning "Procurement";

4. Creation of documents (CSR Clause - Responsible Procurement Charter).

This assignment allowed me to strengthen vigilance and responsibility practices within the group, while ensuring better legal compliance and more ethical supplier management.
