Professionalization contract following a four-month internship. Development of front-end and back-end features on 11 micro-services, implementation and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment tools. Participation in scrum ceremonies (agile methods), architectural design of APIs and various features following Clean Architecture principles. Operational responsibility for user support: maintaining a ticket response time of less than one day, implementing and maintaining a Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 4.5/5, ensuring test coverage above 90% across all services.

Internship completed at the end of the first year of a Master's degree. Development of features for a startup aiming to offer a SaaS solution for click & collect for artisans and local businesses, whether they are mobile or have a fixed location. Development on a front-office (Nuxt2), a back-office (Nuxt3), and on 11 micro-services (Express, MongoDb, Firestore Database).
