Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of business and technical teams (3 healthcare professionals, 4 developers, 1 UX/UI Designer); Implementation of the agile methodology framework (Scrum);

• Conducted needs analysis workshops, wrote and prioritized the backlog, built product roadmaps;

• Facilitated agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily meeting, demo, retro);

• Monitored developments and bugs. Managed deployment and user training.

• Design and development of the Medical Regulation Software for Haiti's emergency services (SAMU);

• Design and development of the Victim Identification and Tracking Software for Haiti's emergency services (SAMU).

• Design and development of the Patient Care Pathway Tracking Software for Haiti's emergency services;

• Design and development of an immersive virtual reality training tool for emergency medical triage for healthcare professionals in Haiti;

• Design and development of an interactive training tool for hospital crisis management (serious game format) for the management of healthcare facilities in Haiti.
