    As a deployment manager, I had both a strategic and operational role: I participated in the thinking, writing, and implementation of deployment strategies, according to project phases, from POC to handover. We went from 0 to over 6,000 users from state services, local authorities, and operators. Throughout the mission, I maintained direct and continuous contact with users and the product team to ensure consistency between field needs and service evolution.

    The mission objectives were:
    - Deployment to state services, local authorities, and operators: over 6,000 users;
    - Acquisition of subsidy data: +55% of data collected;
    - Obtaining FAST and FTAP, ensuring service compliance and security.

    I:
    - participated in the user exploration phase: writing interview guides, conducting over 100 interviews, synthesizing usage to evolve the product and prioritize;
    - forged partnerships with institutions (5 prefectures, 4 associations of elected officials, OSPCN…);
    - set up and managed an ambassador network;
    - worked on identifying and integrating subsidy data (+55% collected);
    - contributed to communication (documentation, newsletters, social media posts);
    - selected and deployed team tools: Pipedrive, Brevo, Canva;
    - participated in impact measurement and indicator tracking via Metabase;
    - performed product testing at each release to ensure the quality and compliance of features.

    This mission allowed me to develop comprehensive experience as a deployment manager, in constant contact with users and the product, while deepening my understanding of the functioning of the State and public service.

    January 2018 - July 2020 (2 years and 6 months)
    From Paris to many countries. The challenge of internationalization and a more specialized product role with a dedicated team and a network of partners to build.

    Following the fundraising, I focused on the product with a team to ensure the product's internationalization, the scalability of methodologies and technologies used, and market innovation. This was also a period where I learned to manage movements and crises.

    At the end of this period:
    - Wiztopic was used by several clients in several countries
    - Wiztrust, the first blockchain certification solution, was launched and certified by Finance Innovation (today, the solution is a partner of Euronext).
    - A mobile press review application was launched
    - The API was also released to enable external developments by our clients or service providers
    - Numerous partnerships were established

    I had a very operational role (writing specs, documentation, testing, leading meetings, etc.), a management role (4 PMs and 2 UX designers), and a strategic role (key account monitoring, COMEX presence, and OKR definition).

    With Covid, the activity continued. I adapted all processes to transition quickly and efficiently to remote work.

    Following these major accomplishments, I wanted to take time for myself to discover and learn in different environments.

    Product Manager & Customer Success Officer
    September 2014 - December 2017 (3 years and 3 months)
    From a blank page to a software suite used internationally by the communication teams of CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies. All this starting as a freelancer, then as the second employee, and finishing with over 10 people in the product and client team.

    I spent 3 intense and enriching years understanding the various roles within communication departments (through discussions, setting up a user club, developing features in direct iteration with users, bug fixing (also), and much more) as well as the challenges of founders, sales, and technical teams. Once these different problems and challenges were understood, I established and proposed the roadmap to the founders. Then, I designed or co-designed (with the technical team) the various features. And spent time testing them.

    I also discovered recruitment during this period: helping each person grow, defining objectives and indicators, and listening to and defending my positions during executive committee meetings.

    Indicators:
    3 business aspects covered in a software solution: multi-channel content and event distribution (newsroom, email, social media), investor relations, and press review management.

    Satisfied users and clients with 0 churn in 3 years, development of international clients, and precise and well-argued client feedback that drives product improvement and touches me by how we facilitate their daily lives.

    Management of a team with diverse profiles for Customer Success, product design, management, and specifications.

    And for Wiztopic: a fundraising of 3.7 million euros.
