I then defined the filming setup and shooting angles to showcase the presentations, the room's atmosphere, and the interactions between attendees, while anticipating the venue's technical constraints.During the shoot, I performed the filming, alternating between multiple camera configurations to vary perspectives and add rhythm to the footage. Using a stabilizer and a shoulder-mounted camera setup allowed me to capture both the speeches and the moments of discussion and audience reactions. Particular attention was paid to framing, smooth movements, and image quality to convey the conference's atmosphere.In post-production, I handled the footage review and editing, constructing a clear narrative around the event's highlights.
