Hello!

My name is Louis, and I am a Telecoms, Networks, and Systems Engineer, specializing in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT infrastructures.

As an apprentice student, I combine theoretical training from INSA Lyon with over 3 years of practical business experience at alternative telecom operators. This dual status allows me to stay at the forefront of technology while developing solid field expertise.

I am now launching myself as a freelancer to offer you my services. Although I have mostly worked on the operator side, my successive roles have allowed me to develop a customer-needs-centric approach.

I currently have skills in network, systems, and telecom infrastructure engineering and operation, task automation (NetOps), and administration of virtualised solutions. I also have significant experience in L1-L3 technical support. During my past experiences, I had the opportunity to work with equipment from multiple manufacturers, which allows me to quickly adapt to any type of hardware; the same applies to software, although I have a particular fondness for open-source and on-premise hosted solutions.

I can assist you with various missions, whether it's the design and commissioning of tailor-made solutions, the migration of your infrastructures, or the resolution of technical problems. I also perform remote hands services in highly sensitive environments.

To guarantee reliable, durable, and above all, needs-adapted solutions, I generally focus on technical documentation and regular client meetings.
