I have worked in large groups (Orange, leboncoin) as well as startups (Wingly, Ironhack). I have been working with agile development methods since 2017, so production environments are quite familiar to me.

My performance results in companies are known and quantified (number of projects delivered, increase in main KPIs (conversion, time spent, ...).

- I have been working on Figma for several years (components, auto-layout, responsive...)

- Accessibility rules are taken into account in the designs I propose

- I was a trainer for 1 year at Ironhack (similar to "LeWagon") and completed 5 bootcamps where we trained over 70 people in UX/UI/Design-thinking.

Results-oriented with weekly NPS scores towards the teaching staff. Continuous NPS progression for 1 year.

- Since 2019, I have been providing freelance training in UX/UI at major schools (Master's degree level). For example, assisting students for a BNP partnership, Book course, introduction to interaction design.
