Leadership of the architecture and production deployment of a sovereign GenAI platform (alternative to ChatGPT) secured via LiteLLM. The system currently supports over 300 daily active users with high availability. Agentic workflows & MCP: Design of an ecosystem of over 10 autonomous agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and various tools (web search, RAG, etc.). Business automation (NLP): Development of an NLP solution to analyze geomarketing reports and automatically generate campaign performance summaries for clients. Change management & Training: Design and delivery of a national generative AI training program for sales teams in 6 major French cities (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, etc.), promoting tool adoption and upskilling of non-technical teams. Innovation Interventions: Selected to represent the technical division at Mediaposte's Innovation Conferences, to present internal GenAI advancements and the strategic roadmap.

Software Development: Design and development of a software automation solution for printing dynamic content on flyers, optimizing personalization processes for our clients. Dashboard Creation: Development of reporting tools and data enrichment scripts. (dashboard software) Data Engineering: Cleaning and manipulation of data for forecasting volumes and revenues, using advanced data science techniques. GenAI POC: Design of the first conversational agent prototype (RAG) for internal training of commission teams, based on PaLM and LangChain.

Native Development: Development of the AppleTV application "Europe 1" in SwiftUI. R&D: Feasibility studies and POCs on the latest Apple frameworks.
