Design and evaluation of user-centered interfaces. My interventions cover the fundamentals of web ergonomics, information architecture, user journeys, as well as accessibility standards (RGAA/WCAG). I also address critical analysis of e-commerce sites through evaluation grids and concrete case studies from the French market.

📊 Excel – Basic to Intermediate Level

Training in essential Excel features for professional use: conditional formatting, basic and intermediate formulas, pivot tables, and data management. The teaching approach favors practical, business-oriented cases to anchor skills in real-world usage contexts.

🌐 No-Code Web Development (Webflow / Framer)

Introduction and advanced training in no-code web creation tools. Students learn to design responsive websites, structure their projects with component systems, and publish functional sites. The focus is on creative autonomy and understanding design system logic.

📄 Professional Document Layout

Formatting and structuring techniques for academic and professional documents: information hierarchy, typography, style management, presentation standards. The goal is to produce clear, coherent documents that meet professional expectations.

🏗️ Zoho CRM – Configuration & Customization

Complete CRM environment setup: creation of custom modules, definition of fields and layouts, management of user roles and profiles, configuration of validation rules and filtered views. Adapting the tool to the specific business processes of each client.

⚙️ Automations & Workflows

Design of workflow rules, schedules, and automated actions to streamline sales processes. Implementation of Blueprints to structure sales cycles and ensure compliance with stages. Creation of alerts, automatic tasks, and conditional field updates.

💻 Deluge & Client Scripts

Development in Deluge (Zoho's proprietary language) for advanced automation: custom functions, custom buttons, complex validations, and custom business logic. Writing Client Scripts in JavaScript to enhance the user interface and create dynamic front-end interactions.

Connecting Zoho CRM with third-party applications via REST API, webhooks, and Zoho Flow. Integration with external tools (ERP, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms) and data synchronization between systems. Proficiency in inbound and outbound API calls.

Customizing the CRM interface with Zoho Canvas to create tailored views suited to team needs. Optimizing ergonomics and user adoption through clean and contextual interfaces.

Deployment and integration of complementary applications: Zoho Creator (low-code applications), Zoho Analytics (dashboards and reporting), Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk. Cross-functional view of the ecosystem for coherent and interconnected solutions.
