I am passionate about most tech topics, I never feel blocked or held back in adopting new technologies, so I define myself as very versatile and capable of learning and adapting quickly.

My profile has a strong architecture and process component. I have always worked in Agile, Scrum or Scrum-inspired environments, with a tendency to streamline processes. Throughout my career, I have deepened my expertise in architecture, starting with a project in DDD and CQRS approach, with TDD.

As a CTO, I implemented appropriate ways of working for the teams to collaborate efficiently together, such as Scrum methodology, Product vision with a clear road map / backlog, Software Factory with SCM/CI/CD, Quality Assurance & Software Craftmanship practices. This experience was a real challenge due to the amount of legacy in this project when I arrived. I enhanced the architecture so the app would both scale and be flexible enough to fit multiple specific customer needs.
