The Exo-Dev project is above all a desire to create a human company in our image: dynamic, expert, and passionate.

Exo-dev has over 10 years of experience in development, serving multiple ambitious projects with geographical components (including an innovation competition with the city of Paris).

I joined exo-dev as a part-time Freelancer (1-2 days/week).

At the heart of my mission, I took charge of and fully optimized the PDF generation engine (React-PDF) with measurable results:

📉 -50% on the weight of generated files

⚡ -75% on generation time

✅ 100% of texts rendered selectable - a previously absent feature

I also intervene in bug fixing, continuous improvement of the codebase, as well as UX and responsive design, to ensure a smooth experience on all devices.

The Association for Low Carbon Transition (ABC) – formerly the Carbon Footprint Association – was created in 2011 by ADEME and APCC, to carry and disseminate the Carbon Footprint® methodology.

I joined ABC as part of the from-scratch refactoring of a Windev application (BC+) into Next.js / TypeScript. The project's objective is to enable companies to carry out their carbon footprint assessment.

My team consists of 4 to 5 FullStack JavaScript developers and a Product Owner.

My responsibilities:

🎯 Definition of specifications and technical strategies

👨‍🏫 Participation in the training of the company's internal teams

🗃️ Creation of the database (Prisma, PostgreSQL)

🆙 Development of views in React/Next

🦾 Writing unit tests (Jest) and end-to-end tests (Cypress)

🔍 Code review (github)

Results:

- A deployment in production every 2 weeks with less than 2% bugs.

I joined Shadline to strengthen the team and support junior developers. The mission is to define and implement the technical strategy to achieve a robust application used by hundreds of users every day.

Objective:

Development of an encrypted communication web application (React, Node, SQL).

My responsibilities:

♻️ Refactoring of the front-end application (React)

🆙 Development of new features from design to deployment (React - Node - SQL)

🔔 Customer support assistance (Guarantee of providing a technical solution to customer problems within 24 hours)

👨‍🏫 Training junior developers (2 apprentices)

🦾 Realization of automated end-to-end tests with Playwright (35 minutes of automated tests)

Results:

- Exhaustive coverage of use cases by Playwright tests

- Response to 100% of customer tickets within 24 hours

- Training of 2 junior React - Node developers
