• - Design of applications in the health sector (appointment booking, report writing, patient care pathway) and human resources

• - Full responsibility for the design and implementation of applications, from setting up the technical stack (docker/docker-compose), installing the framework (Symfony 4 to 7), creating the data model, implementing REST APIs (api platform, interacting with a React front-end) and business logic, setting up fixtures and unit tests (postman and phpunit), continuous deployment (via Bitbucket), and production deployment.

• - Development of interfaces between external and internal health applications when a Restful API solution was not feasible (interface between care pathway and patient record applications, interface between laboratory software and medical reporting application)

• - Design and maintenance of internal Symfony bundles within the company (historization, document generation, database backup, management of a Symfony console command cron)

• - Assistance in the maintenance of staging and production servers under Debian, and their databases (MySQL, Postgresql, and MongoDB)
