Family takeover of an iconic hotel on the island of Bréhat, carried by three generations.

After several months of complete renovation work, I participated in the relaunch of the establishment, the definition of its new identity, and the implementation of the service offering.

Today, I oversee the deputy general management of the hotel, responsible for operational management, commercial strategy, and the overall communication of the establishment (social media, brand image, partnerships & press).

France Development Manager for pali pali, a company specializing in the setup of third places and support for social and solidarity economy and cultural entrepreneurs.

Participation in the strategic development of European projects in the cultural and creative field. Management of international partnerships, coordination of the CREAConnect program (cooperation, mobility, capacity building), monitoring of funding, and operational management of actions. Contribution to supporting innovative project leaders.

Design, coordination, and implementation of cultural programming in conjunction with institutional, artistic, and French-speaking actors in Brussels. Organization of events (exhibitions, conferences, screenings, concerts), development of local and international partnerships, management of cultural communication, and promotion of activities to the public. Active participation in the cultural outreach strategy of the Alliance in a multilingual European context.
