- MotoblouzTech LeadE-COMMERCEJune 2025 - March 2026 (9 months)Lille, FranceAfter being a developer for a year, I had the opportunity to become Tech Lead for one of Motoblouz's developer teams. My role allowed me to:
- implement an onion architecture for the backend of a new application in Symfony, and build a layered architecture for its frontend in Nuxt
- implement SOLID principles and good testing practices
- train developers and help them improve their skills
- set up a CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with the DevOps team that met the needs of the projects, developers, and different deployment methods (on-premise + GCP cloud)
My role as Tech Lead also allowed me to actively participate in various topics beyond development:- participation in Sprint planning
- project management
- proposing technical solutions that meet business needs
- participation in discussions on the modernization and urbanization of Motoblouz's information system
This new role allowed me to share my skills and 10 years of development experience with a team of 5 developers and coach them to improve their skills - MotoblouzFullstack DeveloperE-COMMERCEMay 2024 - June 2025 (1 year and 1 month)Lille, FranceI joined the Motoblouz team to build and develop features for their website and internal tools:
- added translation support to open the site to the BeNeLux and Germany
- upgraded Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3
- integrated a third-party partner to offer a new loyalty program
These various projects allowed me to:- work with multiple versions of Symfony, from 2.8 to 6.4
- learn and become proficient in Elasticsearch
- understand and optimize site performance for web performance metrics (FCP, TTFB, LCP, ...)
- develop cross-application features and make them communicate via RabbitMq
- understand the challenges and optimize SEO in tandem with the SEO expert
All these different projects and features allowed me to better understand the challenges and needs of a large company and to extend my skills to multiple areas. - MAINS LIB' - The KeepersFullstack DeveloperPUBLIC SECTORJanuary 2024 - March 2024 (3 months)Paris, FranceI assisted The Keepers in the development of their new product for shopping malls, a collection terminal for reusable containers based on AI (bottles, boxes, jars, etc.). My role was to develop their terminal management platform, allowing their clients to manage the terminals installed in their stores autonomously.My role allowed me to:
- Create a Symfony 6.4 application from scratch to manage the terminals
- Implement a system of rules and priorities allowing users to easily configure their terminals
- Create an interface to view photos taken by the terminals and AI models, enabling The Keepers to optimize and improve their terminals
- Provide usage statistics to identify which products are returned and relevant for sale
This project allowed me to discover a new field related to AI and participate in the construction of an innovative and environmentally beneficial project.
