Louis Bridlance

Graduate engineer from Centrale, passionate about the maritime sector, I combine solid expertise in 3D mechanical design, concrete field experience, and a product-oriented and industrialization approach.

For two years, I have been supporting clients on innovative projects, using tools like Rhinoceros 3D, and additive manufacturing to accelerate prototyping cycles.

⚙️ Notable achievements:

- Vendée Globe 2024: participation in the design of an IMOCA's deck plan. Complete modeling of the rigging system (pulleys, blockers, winches) in Rhinoceros, with a strong focus on ergonomics and racing performance.

- Connected Buoy – Marseille (2024): design of an environmental monitoring system installed on an underwater museum. Development of a waterproof, discreet, and robust connected buoy for real-time water quality measurement.

- Mooring Solution (since 2024): founder of a company developing connected devices for boating. I handle complete mechanical design, solving waterproofing and assembly issues, industrialization, sourcing, and cost optimization. I also manage in-house production, particularly through a fleet of industrial 3D printers.

- SLUGE: design of an all-terrain electric sled capable of climbing slopes. Integral CAD project, with rapid prototyping, testing, and mechanical iteration phases.

I have an excellent network of suppliers (machinists, plastic processors, electronics engineers, designers...)

This diversity of projects has allowed me to explore the different stages of product development, from defining needs to production, with a practical approach to design, prototyping, and optimization.

Today, I am putting this expertise to work on innovative, technical, and concrete projects.
