At The Sandbox, I played a cross-functional role by leading numerous event projects in France and internationally.

🎯 Event project manager & production manager, I coordinated physical and digital activations at major trade shows (NFT Paris, VivaTech, NFT NYC…).

🧠 I managed production from A to Z: scenography, logistics, service providers, planning, budget, coordination of on-site teams (up to 60 people).

💡 I also co-created immersive event concepts (concerts, talks, brand activations), in collaboration with partners like Animoca Brands, Ledger, Agoria, etc.

🚀 My role also covered artistic direction, content creation, technical implementation, and post-event follow-up.

Each year, French Event Booster (part of Viparis) incubates a group of start-ups offering products and services related to the events industry, helping them to gain access to the market and giving them an exceptional opportunity to test and refine their concept.

Tasks:

- Creation of special events and exhibition booths

- Creation and management for calls for projects.

- Individual support for start-ups (incubation boards, office hours platforms, programmes, one-to-one meetings, individual networking)

- PR, social network communication (moderation, monitoring, etc.), content writing (articles, newsletters, etc.)

- Graphic design (RS image, banner, small print, book, catalogue, etc.)

- Creation of deliverables (white papers, sector-specific articles, etc.)

- Monitoring and sourcing (market monitoring, day-to-day monitoring of innovative projects in the sector)

- Ecosystem events (keynotes, reverse pitches, etc.)

- Site management and logistics (office management)

Viva Technology, or VivaTech, is an annual event dedicated to technological innovation and start-ups created in 2016. It is held annually at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, and is organised by the Les Echos and Publicis groups.

Tasks:

- Creation and follow-up of Pitch Challenges for our main partners (LVMH, Orange, manpower, Laposte, Ariane Espace, Unesco ...)

- Preparing newsletters for start-up communities

- Prospecting and setting up partnerships with our ecosystems (Incubators, Accelerators) to bring together even more high-impact start-ups.

- Creation of the Perks program (benefits offered by our partners to our community in exchange for visibility).

- Organisation from A to Z of an Online Pitch Challenges, and preparation of those that will take place at VivaTech from 16 to 19 June 2021.

- Co-organisation of the VivaTech tour, the weekly European, French and global tech event tour.

- Creation of visuals/ communication supports/ general design of web pages.

- Follow-up of Adwords projects/ web promotion campaigns
