For the launch of their new program for young people in the Île-de-France region (Globe-Trotter Place), Crédit Agricole d'Île de France decided to launch a community on Discord.

🎯 Objectives
The main objective was organic acquisition with a community-led growth and advocacy approach, by working on brand image and customer experience to generate recommendations, reduce acquisition costs, and increase retention. Having a community linked to the offering was also a way for them to differentiate themselves in a way that competitors couldn't copy.

To achieve this organic acquisition, I had to set 3 sub-objectives:

*Foster loyaltyand identify ambassadors (retention and advocacy)
Support the message promoted by Crédit Agricole d'Île de France andestablish a culture/identitywithin the community (brand image)
