• Management of the migration of ~350 Oracle databases, with varying criticality levels.

• Definition and monitoring of migration processes over a 2-year roadmap.

• Completion of comprehensive inventories of assets to be migrated.

• Organization and coordination of technical workshops with local teams.

• Onboarding of the 6 entities to the offering, discovery, training, and adoption.

• Guarantee of compliance with BNP Paribas cloud standards and norms.

• Management of multi-country challenges: regulatory constraints, varying maturity levels, and heterogeneous priorities.

• Presentation of the program during international CTO Days, in front of all BNP Paribas PF subsidiary CTOs.

• Direct liaison with the CTOs of the 6 entities on the ExaCC migration.

Results:

• 2 POCs currently in progress.

• Complete identification of prerequisites and non-compliant features.

• Migration roadmap.
