I assisted in the transformation of the wine bar "Au gré du vin" in Vieux-Lille, managing the entire project from conception to on-site execution.

My involvement covered all phases: floor plan surveys, layout design, mood board and ambiance board development, as well as the selection of materials and furniture through a detailed shopping list. I also managed the coordination of tradespeople and deliveries, as well as daily site monitoring.

Present on site, I actively participated in the implementation of decorative choices to ensure consistency between the design and the final realization.

This project allowed me to leverage my skills in space design, project management, and operational coordination in a concrete and demanding environment.

Within the showroom, I held a versatile role combining client reception, administrative management, and support for decoration projects, in close collaboration with teams, clients, and service providers.
