Building a complex B2B SaaS supply chain simulation platform from scratch, designed to help large organizations better plan, simulate, and make strategic and operational decisions.

As a hands-on CTO, I supported the product from inception to an operational platform: product scoping, architecture, core development, team structuring, technical choices, infrastructure, delivery, and scaling.

The project combined product, data, simulation, performance, and 3D visualization challenges, with a strong need to translate complex business requirements into a robust software architecture.

Developing and scaling a B2B SaaS platform for management training, used by companies to coach their managers, embed practices in daily work, and measure the impact of training programs.

Joining very early as CTO, I contributed to transforming a nascent product into a robust, scalable platform capable of supporting strong business growth: architecture, product development, technical structuring, analytics, infrastructure, automation, and scaling.

The project combined product, HR, digital learning, data, UX, and B2B SaaS challenges: it was necessary to build a reliable and useful experience for end-users, while providing internal teams with the tools to operate, monitor, and improve customer journeys.
