For over 35 years, I was the founder and managing director of an advertising agency with national and international clients. I advised companies, led organizations, managed budgets, and made decisions that had to be economically viable.
From this experience, my current focus has developed: subsidy consulting for SMEs.
I support companies in properly preparing eligible projects, identifying suitable programs, and preparing technically sound applications. This primarily concerns digitalization projects, innovation initiatives, and strategic development. Specifically, I work with programs such as the R&D tax credit, ZIM, and the digitalization programs of the state development banks.
Subsidies are not an end in themselves. An application must be part of a real project. The project must make economic sense and be implementable later on.

My focus is on digitalization, innovation funding, and strategic corporate development.My advantage: I come from entrepreneurial practice. Therefore, I don't just write applications, but first check whether a project is economically viable, strategically sensible, and realistically implementable.A subsidy application must not be a paper project. It must represent a real project – with clear benefits and a sound structure.Many SMEs have good ideas and genuine investment needs but do not use available subsidies or use them too late. That's exactly where I come in.I work directly, pragmatically, and results-oriented. The goal is sound project descriptions, well-prepared applications, and projects that are sustainable even after approval.
