Project: Purchase Shuttle Management Application

Objective and Context: The objective is to design a secure web application for creating, tracking, validating, and printing financial processes. The tool manages three types of workflows: purchase shuttles, payment shuttles, and expense reports. The application aims to streamline approvals and ensure full traceability of generated documents, such as purchase orders and payment authorizations.

Key Features

Validation Workflows: Implementation of a dynamic circuit with up to 6 validation steps for purchases and 4 steps for payments/expense reports.

Role Management: Assignment of specific rights for requesters, buyers, validators (from N+1 to management), and administrators.

PDF Automation: Automatic generation of PDF documents (shuttles, purchase orders, and payment authorizations) based on predefined templates.

Budget Tracking: Automatic deduction from the budget after final management approval.

Audit and Notifications: Full traceability of printouts (date, user, document type) and sending email notifications upon validation or refusal.

Technologies and Deliverables: The project includes a responsive interface with a dashboard for real-time tracking. The development cycle includes UI/UX design, MVP development, testing, and deployment over a period of 7 to 11 weeks. Deliverables include the application, user documentation, and an administration guide.
