When faced with an oversaturation of offers and content, traditional approaches (problem/solution pitches, personal storytelling, technical messages) are no longer enough. People don't buy a product. They buy the story that gives it meaning. And if you don't tell it, someone else will tell it for you.

This is where narrative strategy comes in: a clear, credible, and mobilizing message structure.

I developed a method called TRAMES to support this work, which I have used with brands like Sephora, Decathlon, Veolia, Mazda, as well as agencies, scale-ups, and founders in transformation.

I deliver narratives deployed in pitch decks, manifestos, slogans, narrative funnels, brand platforms, or launch strategies.

I primarily intervene at key moments: launch, repositioning, fundraising, or brand platform overhaul.
