DR develops a SaaS product in the civil engineering field. We needed marketing expertise to define our positioning and pricing for our product - major issues for us as we are a small company in development.
We contacted Lorenzo to help us with these two points. He proposed conducting several interviews to launch the mission so he could understand our market, which was completely new to him. He also did his own research on our competitors and clients to familiarize himself with the sector. He quickly understood the specific elements of the market and got into the project context.
Then, he advised us on positioning and pricing in a very educational and clear way.
Finally, we simulated sales interviews to train our teams on this exercise.
