I lead forecasting and analytics across four markets (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Panama). My job is to take business needs that often start out vague and turn them into clear requirements and decision logic, which has kept P&L accuracy within about 1.5% of plan. A big part of the role is building automation that takes manual work off the table. By connecting data pipelines, SQL queries and API connections into our reporting and dashboards, I cut manual refresh and troubleshooting by roughly 8 hours a week and made the data more reliable.

I also design and launch commercial use cases that move the numbers. One example is a pricing project for the Uber Moto portfolio that lifted shopping sessions and conversion by 12% and grew trips during peak hours. On top of that I use AI tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT to speed up documentation, query generation and prototyping, which shortens delivery times and makes handoffs to technical teams smoother.

I owned the discovery, design and automation of Partner Program and Wholesale processes across European markets. Using Databricks, SQL, Excel, Power Query and Alteryx, I built scalable workflows that were properly documented and could be reused across countries, which cut manual reporting by more than 20 hours a week. I also ran Europe's monthly IBP forecasting process and delivered a full overhaul of P&L forecasting and demand planning, landing accuracy within about 3% of target.

Working closely with EU leadership, I turned digital KPIs into strategy that grew market share by around 5% across the top three markets. The company recognized this work with six Employee of the Month awards and the 2023 Commercial Omnichannel Strategy EU Superstar Award.

I ran detailed analysis across regional SME and consumer portfolios and turned what I found into clear requirements that supported business development and expansion. I also built and automated the data behind it, including dashboards, SQL queries, stored procedures and Excel models. That work generated insights, supported investor reporting and reduced manual effort by about 12 hours a week.

The project I am proudest of was a regional financial recovery initiative during the pandemic. By restructuring credit portfolios that were at risk, we unlocked roughly $50M. Throughout my time there I worked directly with the CEO, CRO and CFO, translating complex analysis into clear input for their decisions.
