Loren Synnaeve

Freelance project manager with about ten years of experience in event and audiovisual production, I rely on a solid network of qualified freelancers, allowing me to build tailor-made teams adapted to the specific needs of each client. Whether it's live-action shoots, PPT design, 3D, artificial intelligence or motion design, my goal is always to offer solutions that are both creative and effective.

In addition, my many years in event project management — from the production of festivals (Comme Nous Brûlons, Socialter) to the coordination of institutional dinners, to the coordination of DJ sets at competition sites during the Paris Olympics (Couturier du Son) — have allowed me to develop responsiveness, rigor and a serene management of the unexpected.

These experiences have refined my client communication and negotiation skills, with the constant desire to reconcile budget and creativity, regardless of the scale of the project.

After studying communication at Sciences Po Bordeaux, I took my first steps in the music industry thanks to an end-of-study internship at Kitsuné. My dual communication-event hat then served me on volunteer projects before spending two years in communication at Glazart / LaPlage.

At the end of 2016, I embarked on entrepreneurship with Baguette Publishing, a publishing company that I created with two partners. I also co-founded the Comme Nous Brûlons festival, ensured the coordination of MEWEM, the first mentoring program for women in the music industry and of which I was a 2019 mentee, or the production of the Music Village of the Arcs Film Festival for 5 years.

In parallel, I took my first steps as a freelancer in marketing, particularly in cosmetics (Bioderma, Yon-ka, etc.) before joining TheMix Paris, Pernod Ricard's internal creative studio, still as a freelancer.
