For 15 years, I was a nurse. I supported people in moments of extreme vulnerability, where words are sometimes lacking, but where presence counts more than anything.

This experience taught me to listen differently. To hear what is being said... and what is not being said.

Building on my experience, I also hold a university degree in coaching and training in therapeutic education.

Today, I put this listening posture to the service of another type of support: I facilitate talking circles for coaches, trainers, and wellness professionals who want to integrate an emotional and collective dimension into their programs — without having to carry everything themselves.

I do not intervene 'instead of', I complement, I enrich, I harmonize.

I offer a safe and structured framework where dialogue flows freely, where emotions have their place, and where human connection becomes a true lever for transformation.
