I participated in defining the commercial strategy, achieving a 54% increase in users in just 6 months after the launch of a new, revamped platform. I led commercial agreements with suppliers and strategic partners, incorporating new financial services and products in less than a year, which strengthened our portfolio and allowed us to achieve sales targets of 15% in 6 months. I planned and prioritized the product backlog based on features to be developed and strategic priorities, implementing agile methodologies to coordinate Technology and Digital Marketing teams. As a result, 147 projects were awarded in three bidding rounds, representing 4,466.5 MW. I participated in the design and implementation of new logistics regulations for the renewable energy sector. I represented the country in over 30 national and international events promoting the renewable energy sector, collaborating directly with ministers, governors, and embassies to improve the business climate and attract quality investments.
