Context: Directly reporting to the Recruitment Manager, I was responsible for recruiting industrial, IT, and support profiles, for all types of contracts. I covered all sites in France, while supporting HR managers in recruiting non-managerial staff.

Recruitment: Understanding needs from managers, Developing recruitment strategy, Writing and publishing job offers on Job Boards, Sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn, candidate pre-qualification (managers, non-managers, apprentices, interns), conducting interviews independently, closing the position (contract proposal and signing), onboarding, writing recruitment processes, updating dashboards.

Recruitment of: 7 managerial profiles, 2 non-managerial profiles, 2 interns, 4 apprentices.

School Relations / Employer Branding: Identifying target schools, Contacting schools, Liaising with schools for partnerships, Participating in forums - Engagements with 4 schools.

HRIS: Participating in the creation and launch of the Recruitment module, Communication for voting on the HRIS logo, Writing processes for the proper use of the tool for recruitment, Training managers on the tool across the group (face-to-face on 10 group sites with groups of 5 to 10 managers).

QVCT (Quality of Life at Work): Managing the 12 apprentices at the headquarters (Organizing events, team building), organizing the QVCT week (60 people).

Context: In a team of 3, directly reporting to the HR Manager and the two founders, interacting with all business engineers, I was responsible for recruiting IT profiles in the Lyon and Lille regions.

Recruitment: Publishing job offers and sourcing candidates through various Job Boards, Conducting candidate pre-qualifications, Regular follow-up with employees and candidates, reviewing and signing contracts, Benchmarking for the adoption of a new job board.

Recruitment of 11 managerial profiles: PO, Java developer, Java Angular developer, Devops, data, tester...

Employer Branding: Developing employer branding through Glassdoor (rating of 4.7/5) and company social media.

QVCT/ HR/ Personnel Administration / Payroll: Implementing and managing monthly events for all employees, Administrative management of employees and preparation of payroll data, Managing the archiving of employee files and tracking their professional lifecycle stages, Conducting development plans and monthly HR follow-up for my 20 employees.

Strategy: Developing a communication strategy in conjunction with marketing, Implementing tools (Canva, feed preview, ...).

Partnerships: Influencer marketing and influencer management (Contests with 2 influencers).

Content Creation: Managing and Creating content for social media (3 posts per week, stories, photo and video editing, follower growth: from 3400 to 4600).
