Senior Consultant: Project Manager - PMO

- Graduate in Business Intelligence from EPITA in Paris. Nearly 20 years of experience, including ten in AML/CFT.

- Engaged with various large groups on all or part of the project and program lifecycle.

- Strong experience, mainly in banking, capable of managing complex programs in an international and multicultural environment. Fluent English.

- Experience in Fraud & AML/CFT, with BPCE, BNPP, AXA

- Audit of the non-compliance risk management system, implementation of AML/CFT scenarios in banking and insurance environments: Correspondent Banking, Property & Casualty Insurance, Health/Provident, Finance/Savings

- Key player in managing the implementation of AML/CFT tools according to the 3rd European directive.

- Organization and management of third-party screening projects, management of OFAC sanctions and embargo lists. Transaction filtering.

- Management and leadership of the Compliance and AML/CFT Business Analysis team: 3 people and reporting to the Compliance Department.

- Support in defining customer knowledge rules, customer risk assessment, customer due diligence, and watchlist management.

- Organizational skills and strong adaptability to the context (business, IT), assets for rapid skill development.

- Mastery of project methodology (management of deadlines, costs, content, contributors, alerts, risks, constraints, dependencies...)

- Facilitator between business, IT, and various program stakeholders.

- Coordination of a heterogeneous population of nearly 50 people.

- Customer-oriented, a major factor for leadership and buy-in around a shared vision of methodology and support.

- Excellent writing skills, capable of adapting to different types of interlocutors (from operational staff to COMEX members)
