We have found that in Germany, approximately 80% of e-commerce shops, in addition to classic newsletter communication, refrain from communicating with existing customers via postal mail to increase their customer lifetime value or reactivate inactive customers before they go to the competition. There are usually two main reasons – the implementation is too complex due to many stakeholders, or the internal resources (both time and expertise) for implementation are lacking.

For this reason, we want to help e-commerce shops build, optimize, and scale their postal mailing processes. We assist companies with their first experiences in this marketing channel, even if they have never sent a mailing themselves.

We support companies that are already active senders of existing customer mailings in optimizing their mailings faster and making them more cost-effective than ever before through better segmentation.

In cooperation with Deutsche Post, we offer complete project management including planning, production, and further development through CVR optimizations – optionally also with customer segmentation based on mathematical scoring models.

We currently manage both holistic mailing campaigns and targeted reactivation campaigns for specific occasions.
