Strategic support to the Group DPO and global network management

- Compliance of international subsidiaries: scoping, gap analysis, deployment of corrective action plans;

- Conducting and facilitating GDPR audits in English with group entities;

- Management and supervision of the network of local DPOs: support, prioritization, monitoring of obligations;

- Document harmonization and integration of compliance practices at a global level;

- Regular reporting to the Group DPO and contribution to Data Protection governance

Management of the compliance system and optimization of internal processes

- Restructuring and harmonization of the "Privacy by Design" process at group level, including the integration of GDPR and pharmaceutical sector-specific requirements;

- Methodological overhaul of the DPIA process: creation of a unique decision-making model for entities, risk prioritization, and partial automation of analysis;

- Support for the IT department and R&D/Clinical departments to ensure the compliance of new projects and applications (particularly data projects, cloud solutions, internal automation);

- Implementation of a unified validation process for sensitive projects involving health data;

- Support for the group's Data Protection governance: consolidation of monitoring indicators, review of the global register, and improvement of internal documentation
