I'm Lola, a digital product and service designer. Throughout my career, I've worked in various sectors: Logistics (OnTruck, Setex), Mobility and Data (Inspide, Astara), Banking (BBVA), NGOs (UNHCR), but my experience stands out in Publishing and Edtech, with numerous projects in these two areas (elDiario.es, LaLiga, IE University, Universidad Europea, Garrigues, Tangerine...). Related to the latter, I also taught for several years at different schools (La Nave Nodriza, CICE, Juana Millán Business School).

I handle the end-to-end process, from asking the right questions to align teams or validate hypotheses through research, to defining the critical core of the product, its flows, and information architecture so that work can proceed on a solid foundation. Of course, I can create and adhere to design systems.

Additionally, I am currently preparing to obtain accessibility auditor certification.
