Project to merge two 35 sqm apartments (2.60m ceiling height) into a modern family apartment. The apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. The first constraint of this project was to bring natural light into areas that lack it. We only have four windows for a total area of 70 sqm. The second constraint concerns the load-bearing wall separating the two apartments: an opening needs to be created to allow circulation between the two spaces. One of the major advantages of this property is its location on the top floor, as well as the presence of a glass roof over part of the ceiling, which maximizes natural light intake.

The client wanted a large living space, optimized natural light, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a storage room offering ample space.

Solution provided: We created a one-meter opening in the load-bearing wall to connect the two apartments. A large open-plan living space was designed, while maintaining clear visual demarcations between the different zones (living room, dining room, kitchen). Two windows were kept in this main area. Each bedroom has a window, ensuring good natural light. The glass roof in the ceiling naturally illuminates the shower room, while preserving privacy due to the lack of overlooking neighbors.

As a freelance interior architect and designer for Eurobois, I create detailed technical and execution plans for custom furniture, primarily for commercial spaces (offices, collaborative spaces, relaxation areas).

My role is to translate creative concepts into precise technical documents, facilitating the manufacturing and installation of furniture. I also ensure compliance with the technical, ergonomic, and aesthetic constraints specific to professional projects.

Renovation project for an atypical, mansard apartment. A surface area of 115 sqm on the ground floor, 67 sqm Carrez law, 2.50m ceiling height, 5th floor. The apartment is located in Houilles, Île-de-France.

The client requested the creation of a living space, 3 bedrooms, a large dressing room, a sports area, a library corner, a display area for their collection of classic cars, a workspace, and 2 bathrooms. Optimize the mansard space and various ceiling heights, while adding color.
