Project to industrialize the TRG backtesting data collection process:

- Facilitate business workshops and gather requirements

- Study the sourcing and jurisdiction of the target solution,

- Lead decision-making committees

- Establish the scope document,

- Propose a prototype and validate ergonomics, EBA 2018 Stress Test - Scope: credit risk

- Analyze the EBA's methodological note

- Write the EDD defining the structure and content of the flows to be produced,

- Develop the solution to automate the feeding of the EBA template,

- Monitor the feeding of templates and provide technical assistance to the business.

- Application design for the Sharing Zone,

- Validation of collection notices and ZP controls,

- Manage the flow homologation phase and validate the move to Production,

- Support users in their acceptance testing phase (MREL, Asset Encumbrance)

- Manage the industrialization project for Anacredit Title reporting (SHSG)

As part of the Finance/Risk convergence and data collection for the IFRS9 provisioning calculation engine, I worked within the group's risk department on the homologation phase of flows from the entities, as well as on the overall acceptance testing of the engine. I also participated in the establishment and updating of the collection specifications and the management of the different phases of acquisition and restitution of flows at the input and output of the Sharing Zone (controls, modeling, certification...)
