AI framed by experience, not a crutch
Poorly managed, AI assistance produces fragile code — and many abuse it. My experience as a CTO taught me what really works in production: what can be delegated to an LLM and what must remain under human control. I use it to accelerate (prototyping, refactoring, documentation), never for architecture or at the expense of review. It's my experience that amplifies the tool: solid projects, delivered faster, without the debt of naive usage.
