› Management of a portfolio of 10 partner organizations, ensuring administrative and financial monitoring of local actions.

› Management of the interface with institutional and associative partners, ensuring the consistency of commitments made and the conformity of deliverables.

The prefecture oversees the implementation of city policy, particularly within the framework of negotiations for the new city contract.

• Ensure, at the level of priority neighborhoods, the monitoring of the implementation of city policy measures and urban renovation agreements developed with local authorities (City Contract, Educational City, Proximity Urban and Social Management, Urban Health Workshop, Educational Success Program, Regional Youth Employment Plan, Adult Relays).

• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of actions conducted or monitored by project leaders within the framework of city contracts.

• Ensure that the dimension of Priority Neighborhoods for City Policy (QPV) is taken into account in mainstream public policies.

• Represent the prefect, as needed, in the various local animation mechanisms established.
