• • Built and scaled global commercial operations, including U.S. market entry and European expansion. Recruited and onboarded high-performing teams (U.S., Europe, APAC, 25+ FTE total) within an accelerated timeline.

• • Led a team of 9 people responsible for implementing commercial strategies across EMEA, covering both direct and indirect markets. Managed the regional budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial discipline.

• • Achieved YoY ('24 vs. '23 and '23 vs. '22) sales growth of +15% on a topline of ~CHF 100 million while reducing capital investments, making EMEA the fastest-growing region.

• • Directed the corporate and business strategy process with the Executive Management team, targeting a 4x sales increase within 6 years. Developed comprehensive strategic plans encompassing product development, market expansion, and related execution plans.

• • Conducted M&A projects from sourcing to deal execution, including due diligence. Successfully led and executed 2 deals: minority investment in KeriMedical (Switzerland) and full acquisition of Nextremity Solutions (U.S.).
