Loïc Morand

Holder of a Master 2 in Corporate Finance, I began my career in an investment bank, where I had the opportunity to participate in company divestitures and fundraising operations.

To enhance my skills, I then joined a mobile marketing agency as Head of Finance and Administration and Project Manager. This experience led me to co-found a consulting firm for startups and investment monitoring for Business Angels, after being approached by numerous startups to launch their projects. This company was sold to a multi-family office.

With over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, including 5 years within a family office, I now support successful entrepreneurs and family offices from Switzerland. I assist these clients in developing their business activities, notably by acting as CFO for their holdings. My areas of expertise include financial modeling, reporting, financial communication, carrying out strategic operations such as company buyouts and divestitures, as well as company formation, particularly in Switzerland. If necessary, I can also intervene operationally to ensure the success of projects.

I have a strong presence in Switzerland and I bridge with countries like Luxembourg and regions such as Asia, thus facilitating international growth opportunities for my clients.
